The Sigen Hybrid Inverter (HYB) series for Australia is available in four power capacities: 50.0 kW, 99.9 kW, 110.0 kW, and 125.0 kW.Key Specifications
- DC Input (PV): Features a maximum input voltage of 1,100 V and an MPPT voltage range of 160–1,000 V. The system includes 8 MPPT trackers with 2 PV strings per MPPT.
- Battery Compatibility: Supports SigenStack BAT 12.0 battery modules and specific SigenStack battery controllers, with a configurable system range of 4–21 battery modules.
- Efficiency: The inverters achieve maximum efficiencies of up to 98.3% at 400Vac and up to 98.5% at 480Vac.
- Grid and Backup Output: Nominal grid frequency is 50/60 Hz, with a nominal output voltage of 400/480 Vac. The backup switch offers 0 ms disruption time.
Operational Features
- Protection: Includes DC reverse polarity, insulation monitoring, residual current monitoring, arc fault circuit interrupters, surge protection (Type II), and anti-islanding.
- Environmental: Designed with an IP66 ingress protection rating, smart air cooling, and an operating temperature range of -30°C to 60°C.
- Communication: Supports WLAN, Fast Ethernet, RS485, and Sigen CommMod (4G/3G/2G).
- Installation: Provides flexible expansion from kW to MW via Energy Gateway multi-unit connection and offers a 150% overload capacity for 10 seconds to assist with device startup.

The series complies with various standards, including IEC/EN 62109-1/2, IEC/EN 61000-6-1/2, and AS/NZS 4777.2. Configuration requirements for PV string open-circuit voltage exist for systems configured with 19 to 21 battery modules.
